Atticare is a high-performance home services company specializing in attic insulation, crawlspace work, air sealing, and wildlife exclusion. We are looking for a working Insulation Foreman who leads by example — in the suit, in the mask, on the ladder, doing the work alongside the crew.
About This Role
You will work first and lead second.
This role requires:
- Working in hot attics and tight crawlspaces
- Wearing full PPE (suit, respirator, gloves)
- Performing hands-on insulation and air sealing
- Doing wildlife exclusion work, including roofline and exterior sealing
- Working on ladders and elevated areas

Responsibilities
- Lead and work alongside your crew on residential insulation and exclusion jobs
- Perform insulation removal, install insulation (cellulose/fiberglass), and air sealing
- Weatherization work experience is a PLUS
- Perform wildlife exclusion work, including sealing entry points at rooflines, soffits, fascia, and exterior penetrations
- Work comfortably on ladders and at heights
- Set the pace and quality standard by doing the work yourself
- Train crew members hands-on, in the field
- Ensure work is completed correctly the first time
- Enforce safety, cleanliness, and jobsite standards
- Inspect work and fix issues immediately
- Communicate daily with operations regarding job progress and materials
Physical & Mental Requirements
You must be able to:
- Work in hot, dusty, and confined spaces
- Lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Wear PPE for extended periods
- Work on ladders, roofs, and elevated areas
- Be comfortable with heights (no fear of ladders or roof work)

Requirements
- 2+ years hands-on insulation or home improvement experience (required)
- Experience with wildlife exclusion or exterior sealing (preferred)
- Prior Weatherization work with utility companies is a HUGE PLUS
- Prior foreman or crew lead experience preferred
- Strong work ethic — shows up early, works hard, finishes strong
- Leads by example, not by delegation
- Valid driver’s license REQUIRED
- Spanish speaking is a PLUS
- Reliable, disciplined, and accountable

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
