Join our dynamic team as a Functional Intelligence Subject Matter Expert (SME), where you will play a vital role providing strategic insights, innovative intelligence solutions, and lead efforts at the Senior level to ensure mission success. Your expertise will empower decision-makers with actionable guidance, fostering operational excellence and security.
Duties
- Assist leadership in the conduct of oversight and governance, to include staff assistance visits and compliance inspections, for functional intelligence support (SIGINT).
- Produce and disseminate reports and briefings that detail functional intelligence support (SIGINT) activities and investments for Congress and Senior Executive Branch officials.
- Support OUSW(I&S) in the synchronization of activities to functional intelligence capabilities within the War Intelligence Enterprise. Support development and implementation of policy guidance for DISE functional intelligence processes, concepts, training, policies, and procedures.
- Assist the Functional Intelligence Division Chief in War Analysis Division Chief in conducting oversight the defense intelligence enterprise managers (DIEM). Develop and monitor metrics to ensure the DIEM enterprises are healthy and able to provide timely support to the warfighter.
- Conduct research and analysis; draft formal positions; review and analyze documents, talking papers, memoranda, and letters in the form of OSW staff packages, ensuring compliance with OSW policies and enabling functional intelligence oversight (SIGINT).
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- TS/SCI Security Clearance Required
- TOPI or Discover House experience
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the DoD or IC working with SIGINT at the headquarters or above level
Pay: $155,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
