Overview
PRO Land | Snow is seeking a Crew Leader to lead field operations across our commercial outdoor maintenance and snow removal services. This role is responsible for driving quality, efficiency, and accountability on every site while developing high-performing crew members.
This is a hands-on leadership role—you will be in the field leading from the front, not managing from the sidelines.
What You’ll DoField Leadership
- Lead and manage a crew of 2–4 Outdoor Maintenance Technicians
- Execute daily route plans across commercial properties
- Ensure all work meets PRO Land | Snow quality standards
- Train, coach, and hold team members accountable
Operational Execution
Complete services including:
- Lawn care & landscape maintenance
- Spring/fall cleanups
- Property detailing & enhancements
- Snow plowing, shoveling, and de-icing (seasonal)
- Maintain production pace to meet time-on-site targets
- Communicate job progress, delays, and issues in real-time
Quality & Safety
- Conduct site inspections before and after service
- Capture before/after photos for every property
- Identify and report property damage or hazards
- Ensure safe equipment operation and crew compliance
Equipment & Logistics
- Operate trucks, trailers, mowers, skid steers, and snow equipment
- Perform daily equipment checks and basic maintenance
- Keep trucks, trailers, and job sites clean and organized
What We’re Looking ForExperience
- 2+ years in landscaping, snow removal, or outdoor services
- Previous leadership or crew lead experience preferred
- Experience operating commercial equipment

Compensation & Incentives
$22–$30/hour (based on performance)

Requirements
- Valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions
- Must pass background check (if applicable)
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
