Duties
- Perform grooming services including bathing, brushing, trimming, and nail clipping for various breeds of dogs .
- Assess the condition of pets' coats and skin to determine appropriate grooming techniques and products.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grooming area.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with pet owners about grooming options, pet behavior, and aftercare.
- Handle animals safely and compassionately, ensuring their comfort throughout the grooming process.
- Stay updated on the latest grooming trends, techniques, and products to enhance service offerings.
Requirements
- Proven experience in pet grooming
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with pet owners.
- Knowledge of different dog breeds and their specific grooming needs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
