Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate PRN Psychiatrist to join our team. This is a remote position that requires a Florida license and a Florida DEA number. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality psychiatric care to our patients, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and offering therapeutic interventions.
Duties
- Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments for patients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications.
- Provide ongoing therapy and support to patients as needed.
- Document all patient interactions and treatment plans thoroughly.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Attend in-person meetings at the office once every three months.
Position Requirements
- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
- Active and unrestricted Florida medical license.
- Current Florida DEA number
- Board certification in psychiatry (preferred).
- Previous experience in a psychiatric setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
