As a Licensed Sales Professional, you’ll play a key role in growing our agency by engaging new prospects, nurturing relationships, and providing trusted guidance to help customers make informed insurance decisions. What You’ll Do
- Achieve sales goals by generating new business and cross-selling to existing customers
- Identify and qualify sales leads from multiple sources
- Offer tailored Allstate products that meet each customer’s needs
- Educate clients on how to protect their families, property, and future
- Deliver exceptional service and a positive customer experience

What We’re Looking For
- Strong interest in a sales career (sales experience preferred)
- No insurance experience required — we’ll train you!
- Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license(s) (existing license a plus)
- Self-motivated and confident — works well independently and on a team
- Excellent communication, follow-up, and organizational skills
