Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Physical Therapist to join our dynamic Pediatric Early Intervention Program. Duties
- Provides motor assessments, develops movement-based goals, and recommends services to improve a child’s motor development.
Reports To: Director of Thrive and Grow Inc.
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:
- Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapyfrom an accredited program. Valid California PT license. Experience working with infants and toddlers preferred. DOJ clearance and background check.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct motor development assessments for infants and toddlers. Develop individualized motor development goals and therapy plans. Provide direct therapy services and monitor progress. Train families on positioning, movement, and play techniques. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to support holistic development. Maintain records and submit reports as required

Pay: $60.00 - $95.00 per hour
