Window and Door Installer Helper
Brief Description:
In a typical day, we will load doors or windows if needed in morning and head to customer's house. Then we will setup jobsite with protective measures such as plastic & drop cloths. After that, perform the necessary actions to complete job. And clean up after the day is done.
Starting pay 160 a day with raise in 90 days if learning and applying necessary skills appropriately.
No work on Holidays
Must give 2 hours notice if calling out
Must give 2 week notice for days off
Must be okay with heights
Responsibilities:
- Installing windows and doors
- Cutting and applying Interior Finish work
- Cutting, bending, and applying exterior aluminum finish work
- Helping maintain a clean work environment
- Demoing and removing old windows and doors per instructions
Skills (Must know or be willing to learn):
- Reading a tape measure efficiently
- Using a Miter & Table Saw
- Using different hand power tools such as a drill/driver, multitool, and more
- Apply trimwork neatly and uniformly
- Using a level
- Using a caulk gun
