Overview
We are seeking experienced, self-motivated and energetic Sales Associates to join our growing business. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. You will be responsible for work as a team player in order to maintain the store's appearance, organize inventory, and drive sales through effective communication and upselling techniques. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as they can enhance our customer interactions.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating garments/jewelry within the store.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations.
- Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing cash registers.
- Maintain stock levels by organizing merchandise on shelves and ensuring displays are visually appealing.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments and conducting stock counts.
- Communicate effectively with the manager and other team members to ensure smooth operations throughout the store.
Requirements
- Previous experience in fashion, and retail sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong math skills are essential for handling transactions and managing cash.
- Familiarity with retail math concepts is a plus for effective inventory management.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for providing excellent customer service and contributing positively to the team dynamic.

Pay: $8.00 - $12.00 per hour
