Requirements
- Eligible to work in the US
- Must be able and fully familiar with full utilization of a Box Truck
- Need to be at least 25 years old
- Successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug test
- A clean driving (DMV) record
- Willing to go under a physical exam

Qualifications and Skills:
- Must be a safe and responsible driver, adhering to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
- Must demonstrate professionalism by treating colleagues with respect and caring for company vehicles as if they were their own.
- Strong knowledge of highways and routes in Florida(FL).
- Must be computer literate and able to operate a smartphone, GPS device with scanner efficiently.
- Physical ability to lift, bend, and stoop as required to perform job duties.
- Must be capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
- Ability to load and unload palletized items weighing up to 3,500 lbs. using a pallet jack.
- Must inspect loads with management prior to delivery to ensure accuracy and safety.
- Forklift experience is preferred but not required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Meet agreed deliveries and goals effectively on a timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service to all of our clients, ensuring a positive experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the truck/vehicle at all times.
- Monitor and track vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, DEF levels, tire conditions, and other essential upkeep. Utilize problem-solving skills (PTI) to address maintenance concerns.
- Report any vehicle or operational issues promptly to management.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with the team before, during, and upon returning from deliveries.
- Be prepared to complete multiple trips as needed to fulfill delivery demands.
Previous Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of driving experience (Required)
- Delivery/Van/Box Truck Experience: 1 Year (Required)
Schedule:
- Full-time position
- Monday to Friday
- Start Time: 7:30 AM
- End Time: 5:00 PM
- Extended hours/flexibility might be needed
