We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Hotel Front Desk Clerk to be the welcoming face of our hospitality team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional guest services, manage reservations, and ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will create memorable experiences for our guests, fostering a warm and inviting atmosphere at our resort or hotel. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person with excellent phone etiquette and multi-line phone system skills
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately using hotel management software
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring guest relations are maintained at the highest level
- Maintain accurate records of guest stays, payments, and special requests in compliance with hotel policies
- Support night audit procedures by reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports as needed
- All other task assigned by management
Experience
- Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort environment
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and positive guest relations
- Familiarity with hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is highly desirable
- Knowledge of hospitality best practices, including guest services, night audit procedures, and hotel management principles
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor at all times
