As one of our technicians, you’ll be on the front lines helping businesses recover from water, fire, mold and biohazard damage. You’ll work on-site at hospitals, schools, universities, industrial sites and commercial facilities, using both technical skills and sound judgment to restore properties efficiently and safely.
This position offers hands-on training, professional growth and the opportunity to become an expert in the restoration and disaster response industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with our commercial projects, including drying and demolition.
- Mitigate water damage using industry-standard techniques and state of the art equipment.
- Evaluate site conditions and adjust drying plans based on meter readings and moisture mapping.
- Document all project activities with photos and detailed reports to support documentation.
- Ensure all tools, equipment, vehicles and materials are maintained and used properly.
- Communicate clearly with project managers and team members to ensure efficient project flow.
- Demonstrate critical thinking, sound judgment, and attention to detail in every decision.
- Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to respond to emergency situations.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned in alignment with company standards.
Qualifications:

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; Must pass a background check.
- Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule (including on-call shifts).
- Physically able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.
- Excellent communication, teamwork and critical thinking skills.
- Self-starter who enjoys hands-on work, learning new skills, and solving problems.
- Detail-oriented and able to make quick, informed decisions under pressure.
- This is an on-site position (not remote) — based out of our Pittsburgh Warehouse/Office, Monday–Friday.
- Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4pm + on call rotation responsibility.
