Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with tailoring needs or buying mens tailored clothing.
- Provide product information, answer questions, and assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Supervise stock levels and assist in inventory management to ensure product availability.
- Handle customer complaints or issues with empathy and professionalism, striving for resolution.
- responding to customer calls or inquiries.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is require.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse customers.
- Ability to supervise tasks and work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as it enhances customer interactions.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and customer satisfaction is essential.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
