Job Overview
New York Psychology Collective is seeking a compassionate and motivated Licensed Clinical Psychologist to join our growing virtual private practice. We are looking for a clinician who is passionate about providing high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to adults in a warm, collaborative, and supportive environment.
Our practice primarily works with adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship concerns, family dynamics, perfectionism, career changes, parenting transitions, and everyday stressors. Clinicians are encouraged to bring their own clinical interests and areas of specialization while developing their own unique caseload.
This position offers the flexibility and autonomy of private practice while providing the support of a collaborative and growing practice. Our goal is to allow clinicians to focus on providing exceptional clinical care while we manage many of the administrative aspects of running a private practice.

Duties
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide individual psychotherapy to adult clients via telehealth using evidence-based interventions
- Maintain accurate, timely, and ethical clinical documentation within the electronic health record (EHR)
- Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as clinically appropriate
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers when clinically indicated to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain ethical and professional standards consistent with New York State licensure requirements
- Build strong therapeutic relationships while fostering a warm, supportive, and collaborative treatment environment
- Participate in case consultation and collaboration within the practice as needed
Skills
- Doctoral degree (Psy.D. or Ph.D.) in Clinical Psychology
- Licensed to practice psychology in New York State
- Experience providing psychotherapy to adults through clinical training or professional practice
- Strong foundation in evidence-based treatments, including CBT, DBT, ACT, or related therapeutic approaches
- Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative practice environment
- Comfortable providing psychotherapy through a secure telehealth platform

Pay
- $100.00–$120.00 per completed clinical hour
- 60/40 fee split (clinician receives 60% of collected session fees)
