About Black SaltBlack Salt is a new and upcoming upscale café and bar concept blending elevated Caribbean influence with premium cocktails and a curated atmosphere. We are building our founding team and looking for bartenders who want to grow with the brand from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality cocktails with consistency and attention to detail
- Provide professional, attentive, and engaging guest service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service
- Contribute to a positive, high-energy atmosphere
Qualifications
- Bartending experience preferred (2+ years)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Professional appearance and attitude
