POSITION: Primary Teacher - Kindergarten
STARTING DATE: August, 2026
REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid and registered Illinois Professional Educator License with the appropriate endorsement or authorization to teach kindergarten.
- Ability to develop and implement a developmentally appropriate kindergarten curriculum and related learning experiences and activities.
- Ability to establish and maintain a positive, safe, and supportive classroom environment for kindergarten students.
- Ability to relate well to kindergarten-aged children and support their academic, social-emotional, and developmental needs.
- Ability to work well with and effectively communicate with students, staff, parents, and guardians.
- Ability to collaborate with colleagues and participate effectively as a member of the school team.
- Ability to assess student progress and adjust instruction to meet individual student needs.
- Successful experience teaching kindergarten or primary-age children preferred.
SALARY:
