Positions Available
Full-Time
- Monday–Friday
- 8-hour shifts (varies by classroom)
- No nights or weekends
Part-Time
- Monday–Friday
- Typically 1:00 or 2:00 PM – 6:30 PM
Substitutes
- Flexible scheduling
- Minimum 10–15 hours per week availability
Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment
- Implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans aligned with Georgia Early Learning Standards (GELDS)
- Ensure supervision and ratio compliance at all times
- Support children’s social, emotional, and academic development
- Communicate professionally with families and team members
- Follow all Bright from the Start health and safety regulations
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must pass Georgia DECAL Comprehensive Background Check
- Experience in early childhood education preferred
- CDA, TCC, or degree in ECE preferred for Lead Teachers
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and actively engage with children
