As a Site Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring efficient clinic operations, supporting staff development, driving quality improvement initiatives, and fostering a culture centered on service excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.

As the Site Manager, you will provide operational leadership for a small multidisciplinary clinic by:

Lead the day-to-day operations of the clinic to ensure efficient, patient-centered care.

Coordinate clinic workflows, staffing, and daily operational priorities.

Support organizational initiatives and operational excellence.
-
Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and exceptional service.

Supervise, coach, mentor, and develop clinic staff.
-
Create and manage staff schedules while monitoring staffing needs.
-
Support onboarding, orientation, and ongoing employee development.
-
Foster a collaborative, positive, and engaging workplace culture.
-
Champion patient-centered care and service excellence initiatives.
-
Support AIDET observations, patient rounding, and service recovery efforts.
-
Address patient concerns and identify opportunities to improve satisfaction and access.

Help create an outstanding experience for every patient, every visit.

Oversee payroll processes and operational resource utilization.
-
Monitor expenses, supplies, equipment, and site resources.

Support achievement of operational and financial goals through responsible stewardship.

Monitor clinic performance and quality improvement initiatives.

Identify opportunities to improve workflows and operational efficiency.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including HIPAA, OSHA, CLIA, DHS, VFC, and organizational policies.

Promote a safe, compliant, and secure healthcare environment.

Partner with providers, clinical leaders, and support departments to achieve organizational goals.

Serve as a resource for operational questions and service-related concerns.

Build strong relationships across departments and promote effective communication.
We're looking for an energetic and proactive leader who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and supporting teams.
Required:
-
Three (3) or more years of management experience in a healthcare environment.

Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (or ability to obtain within the required timeframe).

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

Ability to effectively lead, coach, mentor, and develop employees.

Ability to manage multiple healthcare service lines while maintaining a high level of operational excellence.

Ability to travel between clinic locations as needed and occasionally outside the service area.
Preferred:
-
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, Public Health, or a related field. Equivalent combinations of education and relevant leadership experience will also be considered.
