Job Title: RN Supervisor – Every Other Weekend
Location: Stonehaven Health and Rehabilitation Center – Bessemer, Alabama
Stonehaven Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a reliable and experienced RN Supervisor to join our team on an every other weekend schedule at our skilled nursing facility in Bessemer, AL.
This role is responsible for overseeing clinical operations during weekend shifts, supporting nursing staff, and ensuring high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance.

Schedule:
- Every other weekend
- Day or night shift availability based on facility needs
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee nursing operations during assigned weekend shifts
- Supervise and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
- Ensure quality resident care and adherence to care plans
- Address clinical issues and provide guidance to staff
- Monitor documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
- Communicate with physicians, families, and leadership as needed
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and changes in condition
What We’re Looking For:
- Active RN license in the state of Alabama
- Skilled nursing or long-term care experience required
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in real time
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
