Position Overview
The Installer Network Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for our certified installation partners and plays a key role in supporting project execution across the country.
This position is responsible for installer communication, project coordination, installer accountability, and installation quality support. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, comfortable on the phone, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for certified installation partners
- Coordinate project assignments and installation scheduling
- Monitor installer compliance with company processes and standards
- Track project progress and installation milestones
- Assist installers with questions and coordinate solutions with internal teams
- Maintain accurate records and project documentation
- Monitor installation quality and callback trends
- Track site visit completion and project readiness
- Work closely with customer service and leadership teams to ensure successful project execution
- Support installer onboarding and engagement initiatives
Qualifications
- Experience in project coordination, scheduling, operations, construction, home services, customer service, or a related field
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Comfortable communicating by phone, email, and messaging platforms
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Proficient with technology and software systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Construction industry experience
- Contractor coordination experience
- Installation scheduling experience
- Roofing, solar, HVAC, telecom, or home services experience
Compensation
This position includes a base salary plus performance-based bonus opportunities.

Successful team members have the opportunity to earn additional compensation through monthly and quarterly performance bonuses.
