Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential and/or commercial spaces. This position requires a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and ensuring a high standard of sanitation and cleanliness. The Housekeeper will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment for clients and guests.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Provide exceptional customer service by performing tasks promptly and professionally.
- Conduct regular inspections of jobs to ensure cleanliness standards are met; make adjustments as necessary.
- Any other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in residential cleaning or custodial roles is preferred; hotel or commercial cleaning experience is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members.
- Attention to detail with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results in all cleaning tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for long periods, and moving furniture if necessary.
