Overview
Aerobond Composites, LLC is seeking a Financial Controller to lead accounting and financial reporting. This role will partner closely with leadership and play a central role in maintaining strong financial discipline and supporting operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Statements, General Ledger, Revenue Recognition, Cost Accounting, Inventory Management, Fixed Assets, AR, AP, Collections, Disbursements, Payroll, Budgeting and Forecasting, Customer Financial Reporting, and Various Special Analyses
- Ensure compliance with appropriate GAAP standards and regulatory requirements
- Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures; implement a system of controls over accounting transactions to minimize risk
- Ensure timely, complete, and accurate monthly account reconciliations and financial activity
- Enhance financial performance and operational decision-making throughout the company
- Manage financial elements of the ERP System (Epicor 10)
- Serve as a point of contact with external auditors and tax advisors
- Lead, coach and develop the accounting team
- Human Resources: Employee onboarding/terminations, payroll management, benefits management, vacation, recruiting
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
- 7+ years of accounting experience
- Manufacturing / cost accounting experience required
- Strong ERP experience (systems, reporting, process improvement)
- Solid GAAP knowledge and financial reporting skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $145,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year
