Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented female Janitor to join our team to clean a women's locker room. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning and maintenance tasks, with a focus on quality and efficiency.
Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Handle custodial duties in a commercial setting, adapting to the specific needs of each environment.
- Assist with industrial cleaning tasks as required, following safety protocols at all times.
- Support facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or maintenance needs promptly.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stocked and in good working condition.
- Act as a porter when necessary, assisting with the movement of furniture or equipment within the facility.
Skills
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Experience in custodial services, including both residential and commercial cleaning environments.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning methods and safety procedures.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and initiative.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes.
