We are looking for a shift leader/Manager with high energy, great customer service, and is sales focused.
Key Responsibilities
Store Operations
- Open and close the store according to company procedures
- Ensure smooth daily operations and maintain cleanliness standards.
- Monitor food preparation to ensure products meet quality and safety requirements.
Staff Management
- Hire, train, supervise, and motivate team members.
- Create employee schedules and manage staffing levels.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching.
Customer Service
- Ensure customers receive friendly and efficient service.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Promote a positive guest experience.
Inventory & Ordering
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients, supplies, and packaging.
- Place orders and control waste to meet budget goals.
- Receive and organize deliveries.
Financial Management
- Manage cash handling, deposits, and register accuracy.
- Track sales performance and labor costs.
- Help achieve sales and profitability targets.
Health & Safety Compliance
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
- Ensure employees comply with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a safe work environment.
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
