About Snatched Aesthetics

We’re looking for a Nurse Aesthetic Injector (RN or NP) who is passionate about aesthetics, values thoughtful and individualized care, and has a strong eye for facial balance. Responsibilities
- Perform neurotoxin, dermal filler, biostimulator, and other advanced injectable treatments with a focus on safety, facial balance, and natural-looking results
- Conduct thorough consultations and create personalized treatment plans based on each client’s goals, anatomy, and individual needs
- Educate clients on treatment options, realistic expectations, aftercare, and follow-up
- Create a warm, elevated experience that allows every client to feel comfortable, heard, and confident in their treatment plan
- Maintain accurate charting, treatment notes, and before-and-after photography
- Follow all clinical, sanitation, and safety protocols
- Provide appropriate follow-up care and address post-treatment questions or concerns professionally and compassionately
- Collaborate with other providers and team members when creating comprehensive treatment plans
- Stay current on facial anatomy, products, techniques, safety practices, and advancements within aesthetics
- Participate in continued education, training, and team meetings
- Support client retention and the continued growth of the practice
Qualifications
- Current and unrestricted RN or Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Utah
- Strong understanding of facial anatomy and patient safety
- Excellent consultation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Professional, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working one-on-one with clients
- Strong aesthetic eye with a preference for natural, individualized results
- Commitment to continued education and professional growth
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
Experience
Hands-on experience with neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and other injectable treatments is strongly preferred.
We are also open to considering promising candidates who are newer to injecting but have completed reputable injector training or advanced aesthetic courses and can demonstrate a strong foundation in facial anatomy, patient safety, and injection fundamentals.
Previous medical spa experience is a plus but is not required.
