George Sink Injury Lawyers is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our team.
This role is ideal for a motivated attorney who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing a substantial caseload, and is passionate about advocating for individuals injured in workers’ compensation and auto accident matters.
You will join a supportive, well-established legal team that provides the operational, marketing, and administrative infrastructure so you can dedicate your time and energy to delivering excellent legal representation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct case evaluations, and develop early legal strategies by evaluating liability, damages, and coverage issues
- Gather, review, and analyze medical records, accident reports, wage documentation, and other evidence
- Draft and send letters of representation, settlement demand packages, and disbursement sheets
- Track treatment progress and manage case development through our case management software
- Communicate and negotiate directly with insurance adjusters and claims representatives
- Maintain consistent, proactive communication with clients regarding case status, treatment progress, and helping clients with property damage issues
- Ensure compliance with all ethical obligations and Rules of Professional Conduct
- Provide compassionate, client-centered representation to injured individuals
- Work closely with legal assistants, intake specialist, and legal support staff
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in the State of South Carolina (Required)
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience handling personal injury matters
- Proven ability to manage a large caseload effectively and meet deadlines
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and client-service orientation
