· Support individuals in their home or in community-based activities

· Assist with daily needs and administer medications
· Maintain accurate records and attend team meetings
Qualifications
· High school diploma or GED
· Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
- Capable of lifting a minimum of 25 lbs.
- Successful completion of the post-offer process, including a criminal history check and professional references.
