Field Service Technician Details:
-
Direct Hire position
-
$23.00 to $25.00 /hour
-
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:30pm)
-
Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
-
Manage/perform all on site activities related to installation, repair, management, maintenance & test tasks
-
Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
-
Comprehend customer requirements

Build positive relationships with customers
-
Mechanical assembly in the plant when not traveling
Field Service Technician Qualifications:
-
Proven field service experience
-
Conveyance experience a plus
-
Experience with managing and preserving technical equipment
-
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
-
Good time-management skills
-
Great Interpersonal and communication skills
-
Team up with colleagues and other team members
-
Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service conveyance equipment
-
Ability to work in the plant in lieu of traveling when needed
-
Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing work schedules
-
Ability to work overtime, weekends and holidays
-
Ability to work heights and in enclosed spaces
-
Operate any vehicle in a safe manner
