This position is ideal for applicants seeking a long-term career and who are available to work at least 30 hours per week, with many opportunities to work 40+ hours per week.

Responsibilities
As part of our paid training program, you will learn to:
- Successfully complete our CDL School Bus Driver Training Program
- Obtain your Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with Passenger (P) and School Bus (S) endorsements
- Safely transport students to and from school and educational programs
- Learn assigned routes, schedules, and student pickup/drop-off procedures
- Perform required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain a safe, positive, and professional environment on the bus
- Communicate effectively with parents, school personnel, dispatchers, and fellow team members
- Complete required transportation documentation accurately
- Follow all federal, state, and company safety regulations
***Weekly Classroom & Field Training is Mandatory***
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid New Jersey Driver’s License
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass:
- Criminal background investigation
- Drug screening
- DOT physical examination
- Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review
- Strong attendance and punctuality
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Commitment to providing exceptional
customer service and student care
Previous experience working with children, education, healthcare, transportation, customer service, or caregiving is a plus—but not required. We will train the right candidate.
