Social Media Coordinator
Location: Miami, FL (Hybrid – 3 Days In Office, 2 Days Remote)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $70,000–$90,000 (Based on Experience)
Travel: Occasional travel required for content shoots, events, partnerships, and brand activations.

We're looking for someone who is highly creative, organized, and passionate about social media. This isn't a role for someone who simply schedules posts—we're looking for someone who can help build and grow a brand.
Position Overview
The Social Media Coordinator will own the day-to-day execution of Finnsul's social media presence across multiple platforms. You'll be responsible for planning content, creating engaging posts, editing short-form videos, managing our online community, tracking performance, and identifying new opportunities to grow our audience.
The ideal candidate understands today's social media landscape, has exceptional organizational skills, stays ahead of trends, and enjoys creating content that people genuinely want to watch and share.

Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Manage Finnsul's social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube Shorts, and other emerging platforms.
- Develop and maintain monthly and weekly content calendars.
- Schedule and publish content across all social channels.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across every platform.
- Coordinate social media initiatives with product launches, promotions, campaigns, and partnerships.
Content Creation
- Film and edit engaging short-form videos.
- Create Instagram Reels, TikToks, Stories, YouTube Shorts, and other platform-specific content.
- Design static graphics, carousel posts, and story assets using Canva.
- Write compelling captions and copy that align with our brand voice.
- Repurpose existing content into multiple formats across platforms.
- Capture behind-the-scenes content during meetings, events, photoshoots, and product launches.
Video Editing
- Edit short-form videos using CapCut and other editing software.
- Add captions, motion graphics, transitions, music, and animations.
- Optimize content for engagement and retention.
- Stay current on platform trends and editing styles.
Community Management
- Respond to comments and direct messages promptly and professionally.
- Engage with customers, creators, and brand partners.
- Foster meaningful conversations within our community.
- Monitor brand mentions and identify opportunities for engagement.
- Escalate customer service issues when appropriate.
Planning & Strategy
- Assist in developing social media campaigns from concept through execution.
- Research trends, competitors, and industry best practices.
- Identify viral opportunities and emerging content formats.
- Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, product launches, and partnerships.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor key performance metrics including reach, engagement, watch time, saves, shares, clicks, and follower growth.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Make recommendations based on data and platform insights.
- Continuously test and optimize content strategies.
Collaboration
- Work closely with leadership, graphic designers, photographers, videographers, influencers, and external partners.
- Coordinate creative assets and ensure content deadlines are consistently met.
- Support photoshoots, campaign launches, and brand activations.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 2–4+ years of experience managing social media for a consumer-facing brand.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other major social platforms.
- Experience editing short-form video content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Preferred
- Experience with wellness, fitness, beauty, lifestyle, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands.
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
- Experience with Later, Sprout Social, Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite.
- Basic photography or videography skills.
- Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, or other e-commerce marketing platforms.
- Experience working with influencers or creator partnerships.
