Our sales team is out in the field every day, and we're hiring an SDR whose job is to keep their calendars full.
About the Role
This is not a closing role — it's a hunting role. Your job is to generate leads, get decision-makers on the phone, and book qualified appointments for our sales team. You'll be measured on activity and results: calls made, conversations had, meetings set.
What You'll Do
- Generate new leads through cold calling, email outreach, and prospect research
- Make high-volume outbound calls daily to business decision-makers
- Qualify prospects and book appointments for the outside sales team
- Keep the CRM clean and up to date — every call, every contact, every meeting logged
- Follow up persistently on leads that don't convert the first time
- Work closely with sales reps to hand off meetings with full context so they walk in prepared
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in an SDR, BDR, inside sales, or appointment-setting role
- Proven track record of hitting call and meeting quotas
- Comfortable on the phone — you don't get discouraged by "no"
- Organized and self-driven; you manage your own pipeline of prospects
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- B2B experience preferred; office technology or managed services industry a plus
