Want a job where you actually make a difference?
As a BrightBee After School Program Associate, you’ll support students in local schools—helping them learn, grow, and succeed. We are proud to partner with Bay Area Community Resources to provide after-school support.
Your day kicks off by welcoming students into a safe, supportive space after school. You’ll help them settle in, supervise activities, and offer a hand with homework when needed. Whether you’re leading a fun group activity, lending a listening ear to a student who needs support, or making sure everyone follows program rules, you’re creating a positive environment where kids can thrive. You’ll also stay in touch with parents and teachers, keep accurate attendance and behavior records, and make each afternoon count for the students in your care.
