Revive Medical Supplies is an established, licensed Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and custom rehabilitation provider serving patients and healthcare partners throughout Southern California. As we continue to grow, we are excited to expand into the San Diego market with the opening of our newest regional branch.
We are seeking a Business Development Representative to join our San Diego team and work directly with and under the San Diego Regional Manager. This role will focus on building relationships with healthcare professionals and developing new referral opportunities throughout the San Diego market.
The ideal candidate is outgoing, motivated, professional, and enjoys being in the field building relationships and growing a business.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, therapists, case managers, and other referral sources.
- Identify and develop new referral opportunities throughout the San Diego market.
- Conduct regular in-person visits with healthcare professionals and referral partners.
- Educate referral sources on Revive's products, services, and insurance-covered solutions.
- Represent Revive professionally at meetings, networking events, and community events.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with referral partners and develop long-term relationships.
- Work closely with the San Diego Regional Manager to execute the region's business development strategy.
- Communicate referral opportunities, market feedback, and relationship updates to the Regional Manager.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure an exceptional experience for patients and referral partners.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Outgoing, professional, and comfortable meeting new people.
- Self-motivated and driven to develop new business.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Sales, healthcare, medical device, DME, or business development experience is preferred but not required.
- Existing relationships within the San Diego healthcare community are a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
