We are looking for cooks and line cooks to join our team.
Requirements:
- Previous kitchen experience required (cook, line cook, or prep cook)
- Ability to prep ingredients (chopping, slicing, portioning, basic prep)
- Experience working on the line during service
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food handling
- Ability to follow recipes and kitchen instructions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift kitchen equipment as needed.
