This role supports the Global Process Owner (GPO) and Process Excellence leadership by translating performance signals into actionable improvement priorities.

Leads structured process improvement initiatives, including problem‑solving sessions, rapid improvement cycles, and root‑cause analysis, while managing the day‑to‑day improvement backlog to track actions, metrics, and closure of identified gaps, including integration of validated pilots from the Innovation Advisor.
Partners closely with the Process Assurance Analyst to ensure Plan‑to‑Produce processes, decision rights, and standards are documented, governed, and adhered to over time.
Partners with the Change Enablement Specialist to assess impacts, plan adoption activities, and support successful implementation of process, system, and performance‑management changes.
Monitors process performance to identify emerging risks, performance degradation, and systemic issues, escalating findings and recommending corrective actions to the GPO and governance partners.
Drives cross‑functional performance insights, identifying systemic issues, interdependencies, and Value Chain Optimization‑level improvement opportunities that span planning, execution, and outcomes.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
