Job Overview:
We are hiring System Installers to install and support a variety of communications technologies including P25 radio systems, RF infrastructure, DAS/ERCES, LTE, Wi-Fi, structured cabling, and related communications systems.
Travel Requirements (Read Before Applying):
· Approximately 90% travel required.
· Overnight travel is expected most weeks (Monday–Friday).
· Assignments may require being away from home for one to two consecutive weeks.
· Must be available to work day, evening, overnight, weekend, and extended-hour shifts as project needs require.
· This is a field-based position and is not a remote or home-daily role.
Responsibilities:
· Install and deploy P25 radio systems, RF infrastructure, DAS/ERCES, LTE, Wi-Fi, and structured cabling systems.
· Install equipment racks, antennas, fiber, coaxial, Ethernet, grounding, and supporting communications infrastructure.
· Read drawings and technical documentation.
· Perform testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and customer acceptance activities.
· Complete documentation and work professionally with customers and project teams.
Qualifications:
Required:
· 3+ years of experience in low-voltage, telecommunications, RF, DAS/ERCES, structured cabling, or related installation work.
· Experience using common telecommunications installation and test equipment.
· OSHA 10 certification.
· Valid driver's license and ability to pass background and drug screening.
· Ability to travel extensively and perform physical field work.
Desired Qualifications:
· Experience with P25/LMR, DAS/ERCES, LTE, or other RF communications systems.
· NICET Level I+, FCC GROL, manufacturer certifications, or related industry credentials.
· Experience with RF test equipment and system commissioning.
