Overview
National Interior Solutions (NIS) is seeking a skilled Refrigeration Technician to service commercial equipment in the field. This is a part-time, on-call position offering consistent hours, strong pay, and real growth potential.
What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial refrigeration systems
- Service coolers, freezers, and ice machines
- Troubleshoot issues and replace components (compressors, valves, etc.)
- Perform preventive maintenance to keep equipment running efficiently
- Respond to service calls and complete jobs in a timely manner
- Document work performed and maintain accurate service records
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of refrigeration experience (required)
- Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
- Ability to read schematics and technical manuals
- Reliable transportation (travel required – mileage reimbursed)
- Ability to work independently with professionalism
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Schedule
- Part-time / On-call (25–35 hours per week typical)
- Availability for days, evenings, and weekends as needed
Pay & Benefits
