The AT&T Sales Associate engages customers in person, shows them how AT&T Fiber is the upgrade they've been avoiding, and helps them see that better internet is within reach
As an AT&T Sales Associate, you join a sales team that invests in your growth from day one, walking you through AT&T Fiber until you can explain it in your sleep, though we recommend saving the sleep for after work. When your training is complete, the AT&T Sales Associate will help them discover reliable internet that supports their work, their children, and their downtime.
Role Responsibilities of the AT&T Sales Associate
- Generate sales opportunities in person by introducing Quantum Fiber by AT&T and learning what customers want from their home internet service.
- Establish positive in-person relationships that encourage trust, customer engagement, and ongoing sales opportunities.
- Present Quantum Fiber's benefits in a straightforward, relatable way that doesn't overwhelm customers with technical information.
- Use customer conversations to identify needs and create personalized recommendations that support confident sales decisions.
- Support customers throughout the sales journey, from initial conversation through the next steps toward enrollment.
- Partner with the team to grow the Quantum Fiber customer base and consistently contribute to sales targets.
