Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Server/Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your ability to manage time effectively while maintaining cleanliness and organization will be key to your success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and delivering drinks promptly.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the EZ Suites POS system.
- Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and assist with ordering when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the bar environment.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
- Stay informed about new drink recipes, trends in the food industry, and seasonal offerings.
- Responsible for food and beverage service to Members and guests, adhering to the company standards of service.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the a la carte menu, including daily features and specials.
- Possess clear knowledge of all various liquors, beer and wines available at the Club.
- Take orders and fulfill them in a timely manner.
Experience
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive experience for guests.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs effectively.
- Familiarity with POS systems.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices to maintain a clean work environment.
- Previous Food and Beverage experience preferred.
- Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by State and City.
- Completed F&B Service Training.
- Excellent communication skills and articulate speech.
- Ability to communicate and follow instructions.
- You are comfortable working in both indoor and occasional outdoor environments.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
