Responsibilities
- Host lively and professional live streams on the Whatnot platform, demonstrating products with enthusiasm and clarity
- Engage viewers through compelling storytelling, product demos, and interactive communication to foster a vibrant community
- Manage social media channels to promote upcoming streams, share highlights, and grow audience engagement
- Collect data on viewer preferences and sales trends to optimize future streaming content and marketing strategies
- Coordinate with marketing teams to develop event marketing campaigns that boost visibility and attendance
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing viewer questions, feedback, and concerns promptly during live sessions
- Collaborate on branding initiatives to ensure consistent messaging across all digital platforms
Skills
- Proven experience in food service or customer-facing roles that require active communication and engagement
- Strong data collection skills to analyze viewer interactions and sales metrics effectively
- Proficiency in social media management tools and platforms for content promotion and audience growth
- Demonstrated sales ability with a knack for closing deals through persuasive presentation skills
