- Deliver hospice care services with empathy and professionalism
- Utilize systems theory in understanding client needs and interventions
Experience:
- LICENSED Master's degree in Social Work or related field
- Proficiency in cognitive behavioral therapy and crisis management techniques
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations
