What You'll Do
- Help customers find the right products and solutions
- Build relationships and create repeat customers
- Follow up on leads and customer inquiries
- Post products and promotions online
- Learn our inventory, pricing, and sales systems
- Assist with merchandising and showroom presentation
- Contribute to a high-energy sales culture
- Become a future leader within our growing company

What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience preferred
- Retail, furniture, appliance, automotive, or in-home sales experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work weekends
- Comfortable using Facebook Marketplace and social media
- Coach-able and willing to learn
- Leadership mindset
