Key Responsibilities:

Inspect items for defects, imperfections, or damage before racking.

Prepare items for the finishing process by ensuring proper cleaning and/or masking.

Rack and unrack aluminum parts.

Collaborate with other team members to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Report any issues with product to the floor supervisor.

Pack the product properly back into the boxes.
-
Review work instructions that will be provided to you and apply it to the job.

Move things digitally to reflect what is being done physically using our ERP system.
Qualifications:

Must be able to work at least 8 hours a day.
-
Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.

Minimum of one year experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Basic understanding of safety protocols and procedures.

Physical ability to lift, carry, and manipulate items of various sizes and weights.

Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors.
