Mears Lawn & Landscape is hiring Mowing Drivers to join our growing team. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in physical work, and want the opportunity to earn more through overtime, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Be Doing - Mowing Teams
- Mow, trim, edge, and maintain residential and commercial properties
- Assist with light landscaping as needed: mulch, bush trimming, weed removal, and clean-ups
- Safely drive trucks and trailers with mowing equipment
- Keep equipment, tools, and vehicles clean and organized; perform weekly maintenance and report repairs
- Complete daily route sheets and track time through our mobile app
- Work as part of a crew to ensure high-quality, efficient, and professional results
- Support teammates and help maintain productivity and safety
Day-in-the-Life: Start with a quick team huddle, then spend the day mowing, trimming, and tidying properties. Every route you finish shows visible results of your hard work.
Schedule & Overtime
- Typical schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–6:00pm during peak seasons
- Overtime available and expected during busy weeks
- Occasional Saturdays during rain delays or high workload periods
What We’re Looking For
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Reliable, motivated, and willing to work outdoors in varying weather
- Able to perform physical work, including lifting up to 50 lbs
- Landscaping experience preferred but not required – we provide on-the-job training
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
