The Floor Manager will be responsible for but not limited to assisting and supporting FOH Managers. The Manager will maintain a high standard of quality with regards to guest and employee satisfaction and is responsible for meeting the objectives and standards set by Bluefins Chatham, in addition to:
* Greeting guest and assigning tables
* Checking on every guest that satisfaction during their dining experience.
* Handle guest complaints.
* Contribute to achieve the restaurant revenue goals.
* Checking out servers and performing nightly close.
