The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Must meet the public well, with excellent communication skills.
- Must be professional in appearance, manner and performance.
- Must be adept with and comfortable with technology (AI experience a plus)
- Must be able to work independently from a home office.
- General familiarity with residential building systems (knowledge base) is essential
Successful applicant will have had experience in residential construction. Applicant with credentials such as Journeyman in the one of the building trades or Licensed Building Contractor will be a preferred candidate.
- On the job training is provided. This is truly a ground floor opportunity for the right candidate. The Topeka HomeTeam location is looking for a candidate that is able to weather the first few months of the startup (training) phase. Position will involve 2-3 months training phase with the anticipation of advancing to a full time lead inspector thereafter. Job Type: Full-time; could be Seasonal with a winter furlough
Salary: $55,000 to $60,000 per year + Company Car
Paid per inspection. 300-450 inspections per year
