Fitness Quest University Place is looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our team! We are looking for 1–2 people to help cover our busy evening and weekend front desk shifts.
Position Details
- Location: Fitness Quest – University Place
- Pay: $17.13 per hour
- Hours: Approximately 30–35 hours per week
- Primary Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 3:00 PM–9:30 PM
- Weekend Availability: Some weekend morning and evening shifts
- Employment: Part-time
What You'll Do
As a Front Desk Receptionist, you’ll be one of the first people our members and guests see. You’ll help create a welcoming, friendly experience while keeping the front desk running smoothly.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting and checking in members and guests
- Answering phones and assisting with questions
- Signing up new members and assisting with account needs
- Scheduling appointments and services
- Handling payments and basic transactions
- Keeping the front desk and lobby clean and organized
- Assisting members with general questions and concerns
- Following opening, closing, and front desk procedures
- Helping the team with other daily tasks as needed

Previous receptionist, customer service, fitness center, or front desk experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
