Amergis Educational Staffing is partnered with a school in Dracut, MA to hire Special Education Paraprofessionals to work with students on a contractual basis.
Details of the Position Include:
Location: Dracut, MA
Duration: 2026-2027 School Year
Start Date: 9/7/2026
Schedule: Monday - Friday (7:20am - 2:00 pm)
Requirements: At least one year experience working within a school or similar setting, high school degree, experience working with high school aged students.
Pay Rate: Up to $25/hour based on experience
Details:
- 1 for RISE program, which supports students with special education/medical needs
- 1 for CHOICES program, which supports students with academic support and behavioral interventions
- 2 for Post Graduate Program, which supports special education students aged 18-22 with essential life skills

- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Comply with all relevant professional standards of practice
- Current CPR if applicable
- TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
- Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
- Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
