Regional CDL A Drivers Wanted
Road Warrior Staffing is hiring experienced CDL Class A Regional Drivers for consistent routes throughout California, Arizona, and Nevada.
This opportunity is ideal for drivers who want the miles and consistency of regional driving while still being home every weekend. Drivers typically spend 2–4 nights out during the week and operate newer automatic sleeper trucks hauling dedicated freight.
Most loads are Drop & Hook, helping minimize downtime and keep drivers moving.

Schedule & Home Time
- Monday–Friday
- Home every weekend
- Approximately 2–4 nights out per week
- Regional routes throughout:
- California
- Arizona
- Nevada
Equipment & Freight
- Automatic transmission sleeper trucks
- Dry Van
- Primarily Drop & Hook
- Occasional Live Load / Live Unload
- Food-grade packaging materials — no food products
- Samsara ELD
- Forward-facing and event-triggered inward-facing safety cameras
- No slip seating
What You'll Do
- Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer throughout regional routes
- Transport freight throughout CA, AZ, and NV
- Complete primarily Drop & Hook deliveries
- Handle occasional Live Load and Live Unload assignments
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate electronic logs
- Communicate with dispatch regarding routes, deliveries, and delays
- Report equipment or maintenance concerns
- Deliver freight safely and on schedule
- Follow all DOT, FMCSA, company, and client safety requirements
Requirements
Candidates must have:
- Valid CDL Class A
- Minimum 1 year of recent, verifiable Class A driving experience
- Recent Dry Van experience
- Current DOT Medical Card before start
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Acceptable MVR with no more than 3 points
- No more than 1 chargeable accident within the past 3 years
- No DUI convictions within the past 7 years
- No SAP participation
- No felony convictions
- Ability to pass a DOT-compliant drug screen and required background check
- Ability to meet all DOT/FMCSA qualification requirements
- Comfortable operating automatic sleeper tractors
- Willing and able to spend 2–4 nights out during the week
- Comfortable running routes throughout California, Arizona, and Nevada
