About the Role:
As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist to provide high-quality physical therapy services to our patients. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting physical therapists in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
Conducting exercises, and activities to improve patients' mobility, strength, and function
Monitoring patients' progress and reporting any changes to the physical therapist
Educating patients and their families on proper techniques and exercises
Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with the healthcare team
Responsibilities:
Assisting with patient evaluations and assessments
Developing and implementing treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist
Providing individualized and group therapy sessions
Maintaining accurate records and reports
Communicating effectively with the healthcare team
Educating patients and their families on proper techniques and exercises

Requirements:
Associate's degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from an accredited program
Current certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
